On Location Session (Paid in Full)

Service Description

2-3 Hours shooting + 1 hour setup + packup at your location Unlimited outfit changes (2-4 recommended) 2-3 Lighting/backdrop settings Your $400 payment covers the following: $150 Retainer Fee (applied toward session, and non-refundable) $250 Session Fee Balance with credit for 2 edited images Other fees which may be invoiced: $75 Travel Fee (only outside of SF Bay Area) I will bring my studio equipment to your home or office in the San Francisco Bay Area including Silicon Valley. Further locations including Sacramento and Santa Cruz can be arranged with an additional $75 travel fee. No electrical outlets are required, as my kit is battery-operated. Setup time required is 30 minutes minimum, with 30 minutes for pack-up. We will be shooting for approximately 2-3 hours with time to change into about two to three different looks (no limit, but this is my recommendation) with up to three different indoor or outdoor lighting and backdrop settings (confirmed ahead of time during virtual consultation session). Back to back sessions at the same location each receive a 10% discount with coupon code BUDDY10. Coordinate with a friend, partner, or sibling to save money! Please sign the agreement and schedule a 15 minute consultation immediately before or after booking this session so I can better understand your photo shoot goals, as well as the space and existing lighting of your location. Your session will not be considered booked until this agreement is signed. After the shoot (and only after any balances are paid) we will schedule a date to review your gallery with watermarked images. You have a credit for two images, which I will edit and retouch based on your preferences as we discuss. Unless smaller images are requested, I will deliver them as high resolution 8x10 digital images, with the longest side 3000px. Additional high resolution edited/retouched digital images are $100, each (with price cuts for larger orders). Once your edited images are delivered, you will have unlimited printing/publishing rights to those images.
